Scheduling of Domain Invoices and Renewal Reminders

To ensure our customers are properly notified of their domain(s) expiration date and to give them ample time to pay for renewal, we have implemented the below policy.

Invoice Creation

Domain Renewal Invoices are created 30 days before their renewal date. This ensures customers have an invoice for processing well in advance of their domain(s) expiring.

Renewal Notice Emails

Renewal notices are sent:

• 1 day before the domain renewal date.
• 15 days after the domain renewal date.
• 30 days after the domain renewal date.
